I am glad you have found your way to the True Balance website. As with most things right now we are currently closed for "in person" sessions.
However I would love to keep bringing simple, effective movement to you during this lockdown period.
There are several ways for you to keep up your Pilates practice while classes are off and full details can be found below.
Before I continue I want to take a moment to explain why I am offering online options and why some of the options are paid.
* You have all worked so hard attending classes, building up your consistency and committing to your practice. It is hard to maintain that consistency and to have direction in your practice at home. This is where I hope the online offerings will help you to keep this up so that you don't come out of this lockdown having lost strength, feeling stiff, achy and with a health mountain to climb.
* Although I am offering free videos I am also offering paid options because research, my time as an instructor and my own experience show that investing financially (however small) increases the chances that you will stick to something - paying in advance gives you accountability and gets you off the sofa when you don't have the energy or the time to prioritise your health.
So let's get down to details:
Online Pilates Membership
*This is currently a month by month plan you will not be tied into a contract*
Each week you will receive 3 new videos. This will include a stretching video and 2 Pilates sessions.
You will have access to a private Facebook group and can also access the videos via a private folder on Google Drive. You do not need a google account to access this.
This option is perfect for you if you are short on time but want to maintain consistency and are keen to keep prioritising your health and wellbeing.
It is suitable for all levels. Videos start from a beginner level and will gradually include progressions so that you can challenge yourself when it feels right.

You can pay via PayPal below or email firstname.lastname@example.org to pay via bank transfer.
Live online classes
I will also be offering live online classes via Zoom. These classes will be on a "pay what you can" basis with a suggested donation of £5 per class.
Each week I will update this section with new sessions but the timetable will evolve as I figure out what best works for all of you.
