So I often hear people saying things like "oh I don't 'do' exercise" or "I'm too old/big/ unfit..." for all of that. With Pilates that simply isn't true! In all of my classes I make it my top priority to ensure everyone is working at the level that's right for them. We have people as young as 18 and as old as 78 coming to the classes, men and women, and people of all sizes.
